We will process your order immediately upon receipt.
Should there be any deviations from the stated delivery times, we will, of course, notify you immediately.

Unless there are delivery delays by the manufacturer, your order will usually be dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days.

If your order is received before 10:00 AM, it will be shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.
If express shipping is not possible for your order, we will notify you immediately.

In spite of all care, loss/damage in transit might occur.
Should that happen it goes without saying that lost or damaged articles are replaced free of charge.

Please bear the following procedure in mind:
Please notify the Supplier about damage in transit immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Subsequently notify Stuhr EShop about ascertained damage.
Should you wish to send back goods, please notify us beforehand via email or phone.
